Who and where are we?

The Renovation Residence has 21 furnished studios of 22m2 and 3 furnished 2-roomed apartments of 32m2.
All our studios offer every comfort and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The Residence is located in the very centre of the town of Thonon-les-Bains, overlooking the lake and a few metres from an underground car park with very easy access.
It is but a short walk to all the town’s amenities and places of interest and the thermal establishment is only 400 metres away.
A funicular railway offers residents immediate, non-stop access to the port and the lake.
